Vickers Landscaping had secured a booth at a local water conservation expo — a prime opportunity to reach homeowners and property managers actively looking for landscaping solutions. But they had no trade show materials whatsoever. No banners, no branded display, no professional presence. With less than two weeks until the event, they needed everything built from scratch, fast, and cohesive enough to compete with companies three times their size.

what we built

Legacy Creative designed a complete trade show package tied to Vickers' existing brand colors and logo. We produced two retractable banners — one showcasing their core services, one featuring before-and-after examples of their work. A custom-printed table cover anchored the booth with a professional look from every angle. Double-sided flyers gave attendees something to take home, business cards made follow-ups easy, and digital tablet displays rounded out the booth with engaging visual content. Everything was cohesive, print-ready, and delivered on time.

Vickers Landscaping showed up to the expo looking like a company with a $10,000 setup — at a $900 investment.
